1. Services Provided

Kitchen Service Center offers doorstep kitchen appliance repair services across Chennai, including all major localities.

We specialize in the repair and servicing of:

  • Gas Stoves

  • Gas Hobs

  • Gas Cooktops

  • Cooking Ranges

  • Built-in Kitchen Appliances

All services are performed by trained technicians using professional tools and genuine spare parts (when required).


2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Customers can book a service through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Please provide accurate contact details and a complete service address to avoid delays.

  • We aim to offer same-day service, subject to technician availability, distance, and scheduling logistics.


3. Service Charges & Payments

  • After initial inspection, our technician will provide a price estimate before starting any repair.

  • Service charges may include labor fees and the cost of replacement parts (if required).

  • Payments must be made upon service completion via cash, UPI, or approved digital payment methods.

  • If a customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after inspection, a standard visit/inspection fee will apply.


4. Warranty Policy

We offer a 28-day service warranty on repair work performed by our technicians.

The warranty covers only the same issue addressed during the service.

The warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated issues

  • Physical damage after repair

  • Tampering or repair by any third-party technician

  • Manufacturer faults or defects

  • Spare parts (these may have a separate brand/manufacturer warranty)


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least two hours before the scheduled time.

  • Last-minute cancellations or customer unavailability during the visit may result in a visit fee.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and accessible area for the technician to work.

  • Keep valuables, pets, and personal items secure during the service visit.

  • For gated communities or restricted entry premises, please arrange entry permission in advance.


7. Limitation of Liability

Kitchen Service Center is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing appliance issues or hidden manufacturing defects

  • Gas leakage, electrical faults, or damage caused prior to our service

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, availability of parts, or unforeseen events

  • Consequential losses (e.g., food spoilage, downtime, etc.)

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on kitchenservicecenter.in, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Kitchen Service Center / Skyrow Solution.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


9. Amendments

Kitchen Service Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
